Lightweight cloud-based model

Wildix provides feature-rich communications tools that can be tailored to suit your business. And because they're delivered in-browser, they're lightweight, scalable and secure by design.

Built to boost ROI

Wildix puts your results at the heart of its products. From powerful lead-generation suites to robust reporting tools, everything is built to help your business do better.

Part of the Gartner Magic Quadrant

News flash! In 2021, Wildix joined Teams and Webex on the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). Gartner represents the industry gold standard for unbiased research and advice.

Wildix: the jack of all trades

(and master of many)

At Yoozoom, we work with hundreds of businesses of all shapes and sizes. And one of the most common questions they ask is "which VoIP solution is right for me?".

Now, we don't play favourites here. We've chosen our three VoIP phone systems for a reason – because they offer a broad range of features to suit all needs and circumstances.

But, honestly, most of the time Wildix would do the job just fine.

That's because Wildix is designed, from the ground up, to be scalable and flexible.

Just need a reliable IP telephony solution? Wildix can do that, and do it very well. Need a full-featured unified communications suite? Or a powerful lead generation tool? Or the most futuristic retail headsets we've ever seen? Wildix can do all of the above, with bells on.

And the best bit? It's all delivered in a lightweight browser-based interface that's secure by design. Because there are no hefty software installations to worry about, it's equally suited to startups and multinational corporations.

What is Wildix?

VoIP phones and a whole lot more…

Part VoIP phone system, part collaboration toolbox, Wildix unlocks a wealth of possibilities for your business.

What is Wildix? Well, it can be almost anything you want it to be.

Think of it as a suite of communication tools, built on some very clever technology called WebRTC.

Central to this suite is a robust VoIP phone system. This provides all the benefits you expect from our VoIP solutions, including easier scalability, improved signal quality, and free calls to UK landlines and mobiles.

But this is only scratching the surface…

What our customers say about Wildix

Cloud-based communications tools

Wildix is the only communications solution designed specifically to boost sales and ROI.

Want to win more leads? Streamline your workflow? Embrace flexible working?

Wildix has the tools you need to make it happen. And, better still, they can be tailored to the needs and aspirations of your business.

As well as VoIP phones, Wildix offers a powerful unified communications platform, which brings together voice, video and instant messaging into a single, easy-to-use dashboard. It has sales solutions, too, which allow for easy online customer interaction and lead nurturing. And it has robust reporting tools, which unlock new insights into performance and efficiency.

Thanks to the incredible flexibility of WebRTC, all these solutions are delivered securely via the cloud. This means no on-site software installations or incompatible apps. As long as you have access to a web browser, you can start reaping the benefits right away!

Wildix has about a gazillion potential uses. Let's explore a few of them.

Call centre cost savings

Landlines are expensive and require hefty hardware. But with Wildix's IP telephony solution, all you need is a good internet connection and some VoIP-enabled handsets.

Ditch the landline, and not only will you avoid hardware maintenance costs, but you'll enjoy unlimited FREE calls to UK landlines and mobiles.

And that's just the beginning. Wildix VoIP makes it easy to scale your fleet to suit staffing and demand, with in-built software routing and call handling features. Plus, with powerful analytics and real-time wallboards, you can monitor performance like never before.

Call centre cost savings
Web RTC

Next-level online service and lead management

Using the power of WebRTC, it's easy to add chat widgets or click-to-call buttons to your website. In just a few seconds, customers can be chatting to a staff member, either by text, voice or video.

It requires no additional software or special hardware. WebRTC works in any modern web browser, on any internet-enabled device.

This means retailers can bring face-to-face customer service to their eCommerce stores. Doctors can offer easy, cost-free remote consultations. Service providers can win more leads with less effort. The possibilities are almost endless…

Seamless collaboration for remote workers

The office is fast becoming old news. But how do you keep teams in step when they're working from home, or on the move?

With a little help from Wildix, that's how.

With Collaboration, Wildix's unified communications platform, colleagues can collaborate and communicate seamlessly, from any location and any device. With just a few clicks, it's easy to set up video meetings, voice calls or text chats.

And because the system is browser based, there's no need to juggle multiple logins or learn how to use several programs. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with Wildix's VoIP phones, so staff can make telephone calls directly from their on-screen contact list.

Why Yoozoom?

A legacy of innovation

The cloud is the big thing in business right now. But we were on board before it was cool…

More than a decade ago, we saw the enormous potential in VoIP telephony and other cloud-based communications solutions. That's why we decided to go all in, right from the beginning.

Other companies might be hyping the cloud now, but we've got a ten-year head start. Only Yoozoom has the experience and knowledge to provide a truly expert service.

And as you can imagine, we've seen many solutions come and go. The three we sell today – Wildix, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex – are carefully chosen based on their security, scalability and ROI-boosting potential.

Unlimited support

With our expert support, you'll never be left hanging...

We don't just sell solutions. We sell top-tier service, too. When you sign up with us, you can expect expert support and friendly advice, every step of the way.

Installation? We'll send engineers to set things up, so you don't have to lift a finger. Training? We'll deliver that too, on site or remotely. Maintenance? It's included as standard.

And if something goes wrong when you least expect it, we'll be right there to take your call. Our support lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Dedicated account manager

Sick of faceless customer support? We'll be on first-name terms in no time…

Put it this way… nobody calls customer support lines for fun, do they?

It's often a struggle to get through. And if you do beat the queues, you can expect to be kicked from department to department like an unwanted football.

Not at Yoozoom. We do things differently.

Purchase your Wildix subscription through us, and you'll get a dedicated account manager who'll always do their best to help.

This means no queuing and no faceless support staff. If you've got a question, simply give your account manager a call. They'll either sort it there and then, or escalate it on your behalf.

Friendly Yorkshire team

Good old-fashioned friendly service is just what we do.

They say we're friendlier up north.

Now, we don't know if that's completely true. But our clients certainly seem to like how we do things here.

That's because we treat all our clients as valued partners, and we're always happy to go the extra mile to make things happen. Not because we expect anything in return – just because it makes us happy to know we've helped out.

But don't take our word for it. We have more than 340 five-star reviews on Google to prove it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Wildix?

Wildix is a cloud-based VoIP phone system – and much more besides. As well as allowing for voice calls, it provides video conferencing, instant messaging and web-based customer support capabilities. (And that's just scratching the surface.)

  • Can I buy Wildix direct from the developer?

No. Wildix is only available through a network of expert partners – like us!

  • Why buy Wildix through Yoozoom?

Because we have bags of experience and expertise, and we're not afraid to share it! Choose Yoozoom as your Wildix provider, and you get a dedicated account manager along with unlimited support to help you get up and running.

  • Do I need an internet connection to use Wildix?

Yes. Wildix is a cloud-based system, so it needs an internet connection to work.

  • Will Wildix work with my security system?

Probably! Wildix integrates seamlessly with several popular security systems, including 2N and Mobotix.

  • What is Teams integration?

Teams integration refers to the interaction of software or services with Microsoft Teams. Wildix is designed to integrate very effectively with Teams. For example, staff can use the Teams interface they're used to, while Wildix handles the underlying VoIP technology.

  • What is a SIP trunk?

SIP stands for "Session Initiation Protocol". Essentially, this is a set of rules that allow for voice or video to be transmitted over the internet – much like HTTP does for websites. "Trunk" is borrowed from old telephony lingo, and means a system that provides network access for multiple users across the same circuit. A SIP trunk, then, allows for voice, video and data traffic to share the same circuit – i.e. the internet.

  • Are VoIP phones any good?

Yes! In fact, VoIP phones typically have features that traditional handsets lack. We're big fans of Wildix handsets in particular, which include cool stuff like built-in touchscreens and webcams, as well as being generally robust and easy to use.

  • Are VoIP systems reliable?

Yes! Reliability was a concern in the early days of VoIP, but we're talking like… 1995. Nowadays, with a high-quality internet connection, you can expect an uptime of 99.9% or more. Remember, though – VoIP calls depend on the internet, so if you have low-quality broadband, you'll have unreliable VoIP too. If this is the case, you might want to consider upgrading your business broadband or investing in a leased line.

  • Why is VoIP better?

How long have you got? VoIP phones offer higher-quality calls, better security and a raft of features that traditional phone systems can't handle. Oh, and calls are cheaper too – especially international calls.

  • Are VoIP calls free?

Our Wildix package comes with unlimited UK landline and mobile calls as standard.

  • Will VoIP replace traditional telephony?

Yes – and soon, in fact. In 2025, BT will switch off its legacy PSTN and ISDN networks and switch to VoIP. This doesn't mean you'll instantly gain access to features like unlimited UK calls or easy video conferencing. For that, you'll need a dedicated VoIP system like Wildix.

  • What is unified communications?

Unified communications means the bringing together of several communications tools into one platform. These tools will typically cover voice and video chat, instant messaging and file sharing, among other things. Wildix can act as a unified communications service, either on its own or combined with a platform like Microsoft Teams.

  • Why is unified communications important?

Because flexible working is fast becoming the norm. We can no longer rely on colleagues being in the same country, never mind the same office. Unified communications systems allow for instant communication and collaboration, no matter where or how we're working.

  • What are the benefits of unified communications?

By harnessing the power of the cloud, unified communications empowers colleagues to collaborate and solve problems like never before. This can lead to a better user experience for staff and improved productivity for your business.

  • How does unified communications work?

Unified communications systems are typically presented as a software dashboard. From here, colleagues can access any of the available communications tools through an easy-to-use interface. This dashboard can be accessed as an installed application, or – as in Wildix's case – a browser-based web application.
