Wildix added to the Gartner Magic Quadrant

What is the Gartner Magic Quadrant?

The Gartner Magic Quadrant is a tool designed to help management teams invest in a wide range of technical tools, including suppliers within the UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) space.

This is where choosing from the Gartner Magic Quadrant comes in. Splitting markets of all kinds into four different quadrants, the Gartner Magic Quadrant primarily features the reliable services you trust to look after your digital functionality in the long term. The four different quadrants included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant are:

• Leaders: Executing well against their vision for a changing market, but not executing well in the current market.

• Visionaries: Seeing the direction of the market in the long term, but not yet executing these trends.

• Niche Players: Targeting small segments of the market in question, doing what they do but not outperforming others generally.

• Challengers: Executing well in the here and now but lacking a cohesive understanding of developing market direction.

Depending on the nature of the company in question, the perfect provider for your VoIP services falls into one of the above quadrants.

The addition of Wildix to the Gartner Magic Quadrant

Wildix's recent addition to the Gartner Magic Quadrant is a key step in the development of their software. This isn't some unknown flex used by a minor company in an attempt to seem more prevalent than it is, as having a presence on the Gartner Magic Quadrant is a fundamental part of any trustworthy UCaaS business. Joining the Magic Quadrant's range of stunning technology firms is a testament to the sheer quality of the Wildix platform, and it's easy to see how Wildix has been recognised for its quality.

Wildix is just one of the phone systems provided by the Yoozoom team. Although the company is still developing, it shows significant potential through its existing features and capabilities. Featuring the standard VoIP aspects of video and audio calls with internal and external partners, with more advanced features such as presence status and geolocation across a range of devices, keeping employees working at the best of their abilities through an effective phone system.

Not to brag, but our three leading VoIP solutions all have their pride of place on the Gartner Magic Quadrant. This means that all of our VoIP services are set at an incredibly high standard and take their own different spaces in the Magic Quadrant.

Our mission is to ensure that the service you get is the one that is best suited to your businesses long term goals. Are you a company in need of renewing your communication system, but the choice seems complicated in this infinite ocean of small and big brands and solutions?
