Business Success Manager Voice and IT

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 Basic; £37,000 - £47,000 1st Year + Car Allowance + Laptop + Phone


We are a leading supplier of cloud based voice and IT systems to businesses. Selling leading solutions from companies such as Microsoft into the SME space, we have a vacancy for a New Business Sales Executive to join our team. You have an unparalleled portfolio as well as being surrounded by a support team that has earned one of the highest levels of customer advocacy in the industry.


The successful candidate will be:


  • New Business driven and be able to generate opportunity via cold calling and prospecting
  • Have a good aptitude for technology - there's a lot to learn!
  • Professional and well dressed
  • Organised
  • Excellent MS Office skills including excel
  • Energetic and willing to learn
  • Have a winning attitude and strives for success
  • Conduct face to face meetings with prospects and bring to a decisive conclusion
  • Input data (accurately) into the business CRM and report their pipeline accurately
  • Have pride, urgency and competitiveness
  • Have a proven track record in new business sales but can also manage key accounts
  • Excellent commission scheme - uncapped in excess of £12000 1st year realistic earnings
