When you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll formalise your requirements into a sales order and email this to you for electronic signature. If you have any questions, simply call a member of the team. We’re easy to get hold of and always happy to help.

Once we receive your signed sales order, you’ll be pleased to know we handle the rest of the switchover - from agreeing the switching date with existing providers to arranging diverts of any existing numbers and setting up your new account. So there’s no interruption to service and no extra hassle or jobs to do at your end.

Installation completed and hardware delivered

Because cloud phone systems are so easy to set up, you'll have the option of completing installation yourself or have our engineers call-out and install it for you. If your order includes handsets, these will be shipped to you ready for installation.
