September 2011 : Yoozoom adds Audit Solutions to its portfolio to assist large corporations rationalise and reduce fixed and variable charges across their voice and data estates.

August 2011 : Yoozoom awarded exclusivity partner status for Broadsoft Hosted Telephony Services via Skyrack Technologies.

July 2011 : Yoozoom awards first Master License for the Leeds Territory.

June 2011 : Partner Programme proposition finalised.

April 2011 : Jason Plato twice BTCC Champion appointed brand ambassador.

March 2011 : Yoozoom wins flagship 5 Star Hotel resort (Raithwaite Hall) contract to supply all telecoms network, IT, Wireless & IPTV infrastructure from developer Skelwith Group.

February 2011 : Yoozoom gains early sales success with hosted telephony sales.

January2011 : YooZoom “Telecommunications Evolved” launches as new Brand for Hosted Telecommunications.

July 2010 : IP Three changes Company name to Yoozoom and puts news supplier agreements in place.

June 16th – December 15th 2010. : Restrictive Covenant applies.

June 2010 : IP Three exits existing contractual terms.

May 2010 : IP Three decide not to proceed with new contract agreement.

Dec 2009 : IP Three enter process to extend current contract past June 15th 2010 finish date.

November 2009 : Staff numbers now in excess of 60 employees.

March 2009 : Management Information System (MIS) software designed and built specific to business model to assist in c/flow, performance reporting, staff and business management.
